Data Deletion

Delete data stored on your device

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Go to Apps > K-POP Word Puzzle > Storage.
3. Choose Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

This removes local progress, study cards, collection items, settings, entitlements stored by the app, and pending analytics events. Screen recordings can be deleted from the device's file or gallery app. Speaking Practice voice samples do not require deletion because they are processed only in temporary device memory and discarded immediately after scoring.

Delete Google Play Games data

Achievements, leaderboard scores, and cloud-saved progress are associated with the optional Google Play Games profile. Use Google Play Games or Google Account settings to delete Play Games data for K-POP Word Puzzle or to manage the profile. Clearing only local app storage does not delete the copy already stored by Google Play Games.

Delete K-Idol Call memory

Live K-Idol Call does not store raw microphone audio or a full conversation transcript. If live conversation is enabled and compact character memory has been created, open K-Idol Call, select the character, open Memory, and choose Delete all memory. This signed in-app action deletes the selected character's learned-expression memory and non-sensitive continuity notes immediately, even when the daily talk allowance has been used. Remaining compact memory is automatically deleted after 180 days of inactivity.

Clearing app storage resets the app's pseudonymous installation identity, but it may also make an older server record impossible to reconnect to. Use the in-app Memory deletion control before clearing storage whenever it is available. If the control cannot be reached, email the address below before clearing storage and include the opaque support identifier shown by the app. Never send a voice recording, full conversation, password, payment-card details, or government identification.

Request deletion from our service

Email commuten@gmail.com with the subject K-POP Word Puzzle data deletion request. If available, include the challenge ID and approximate date of the event. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification.

Our first-party analytics does not store an account ID, name, email, advertising ID, or persistent device ID. For that reason, we may be unable to locate a particular anonymous event without a challenge ID and approximate date. All first-party analytics events are automatically deleted within 90 days.

Advertising and Google Play data

When advertising is enabled, advertising and mediation providers may process information about apps installed on the device for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. K-POP Word Puzzle does not maintain its own copy of the device's installed-app list, so clearing local app storage or emailing our first-party service cannot delete provider-controlled advertising data.

Requests about information controlled by advertising providers should use their privacy tools and account controls: Unity Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy. Google Play purchase records are managed through the user's Google account and Google Play controls. Korean Puzzle Plus can be canceled or managed in Google Play subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewal but does not erase Google Play transaction records. Our service stores only a hashed subscription token and limited entitlement status; a deletion request may include the opaque entitlement ID shown by support, but must never include payment-card details.
